Key Responsibilities:
- DevelopĀ andĀ customizeĀ SalesforceĀ applicationsĀ toĀ supportĀ customerĀ dataĀ aggregationĀ andĀ management.
- TranslateĀ businessĀ requirementsĀ intoĀ scalable,Ā maintainableĀ SalesforceĀ solutions.
- IntegrateĀ SalesforceĀ withĀ third-partyĀ systemsĀ usingĀ REST/SOAPĀ APIs,Ā MuleSoft,Ā orĀ middlewareĀ tools.
- OptimizeĀ workflowsĀ andĀ automationĀ usingĀ ProcessĀ Builder,Ā Flow,Ā andĀ relatedĀ tools.
- BuildĀ reportsĀ andĀ dashboardsĀ thatĀ provideĀ actionableĀ insightsĀ toĀ stakeholders.
- ConductĀ testing,Ā debugging,Ā andĀ deploymentĀ ofĀ SalesforceĀ components.
- TroubleshootĀ issuesĀ andĀ ensureĀ highĀ systemĀ performanceĀ andĀ dataĀ security.
Requirements:
- ProvenĀ experienceĀ asĀ aĀ SalesforceĀ EngineerĀ orĀ Developer,Ā withĀ aĀ strongĀ portfolio.
- ProficiencyĀ inĀ Apex,Ā Visualforce,Ā andĀ LightningĀ WebĀ Components (LWC).
- ExperienceĀ integratingĀ SalesforceĀ withĀ externalĀ systems (REST/SOAPĀ APIs,Ā MuleSoft,Ā etc.).
- StrongĀ understandingĀ ofĀ SalesforceĀ dataĀ models,Ā workflows,Ā andĀ automationĀ tools.
- FamiliarityĀ withĀ CRMĀ processesĀ andĀ customerĀ dataĀ management.
- ExperienceĀ inĀ theĀ automotiveĀ orĀ luxuryĀ goodsĀ industryĀ isĀ aĀ plus.
- ExcellentĀ problem-solvingĀ skillsĀ andĀ attentionĀ toĀ detail.
- SalesforceĀ certificationsĀ (Developer,Ā PlatformĀ AppĀ Builder)Ā areĀ preferred.
